Elastic Joining Robot with Logo Reading Fully automatic unit with a programmable lockstitch bartacker for producing pre-closed elastic rings with logo reading for slips, pantyhose, medical bandages or similar applications. Elastic width 20 to 57 mm.

Smallest circumference of the elastic rings approx. 160 mm, depending on logo size resp. space between the logos. Machine is equipped with a sensor which recognizes lumps or butt joints in the elastic and are cut out automatically. Up to 691 seam types can be regulated with the programmer when using a disk. Short change over time between different sizes and between butted and overlapped seams.
