Elastic Joining Robot

Fully automatic unit with a programmable lock stitch bartacker for producing pre-closed elastic rings for slips, pantyhose,
medical bandages or similar applications. Elastic width 2.5 to 57 mm.

Smallest circumference of the elastic rings of approx. 160 mm. Machine is equipped with a sensor, which recognizes lumps or butt joints in the elastic and are cut out automatically.

Up to 691 seam types can be regulated with the programmer when using a diskette. Short change over time between different sizes and between butted and overlapped seams.
